The W.S.T.A Executive Committee is responsible for making Dan promotional recommendations within the various regions throughout Australia & New Zealand.
The Executive Committee also provides a vast array of expertise and experience that can be called upon when running various activities within the organisation. These activities include Senior Dan Gradings, Instructor Licencing, Training Camps, Demonstrations and various other promotional & administrational activities.
The W.S.T.A Executive Committee has strict regulations when it comes to committee membership, to be eligible for committee membership Instructors must meet the minimum requirement of 10 years continuous service as an instructor in the art of Taekwondo. Some of the more senior committee members have in excess of 25 years teaching experience each and provide a high level of support for the organisation.
The W.S.T.A Executive Committee is a specially selected, experienced group of like minded individuals who work closely with our founder to ensure that Shimjang Taekwondo’s high technical standard, professionalism and integrity is maintained throughout the various regions around Australia, NZ and Internationally.
