Shim Jang Taekwondo is an internationally recognised organisation that has developed a reputation for excellence in teaching quality self defence and original, military style taekwondo, to Men, Women and Children of all ages.

Our instructors are all very proud to represent an organisation that has, over the years, developed a reputation for its no nonsense approach to self defence with an insistence of remaining steadfast in its dedication to teach "Original Taekwondo".

Our Instructors are caring men and women who want only the best for their students and their Club. Our organisation has over the years developed and implemented an internationally recognised Instructor Licencing Program that has seen the academy lead the way as a professional Martial Arts organisation. We have also developed and implemented a code of practice that assists instructors from outside our organisation to quickly secure a solid future within our academy.

Affiliate instructors are given the necessary support and assistance to enable them every opportunity to become successful instructors at either branch or regional level and the ongoing support the academy provides its instructors with is second to none.

Trainee Instructors.... People train in the martial arts for many reasons but to some their particular art becomes a real passion and after a while it is not enough to just train, they really want to help our junior members to understand and enjoy what they are learning. This is a natural progression for some people who want to help. To these students we can offer the opportunity become a Shim Jang Taekwondo trainee Instructor.
