Julie Rutter Rank 3rd Dan (black belt) Licenced Instructor Yes Title Branch Instructor Profile Julie Rutter Branch Instructor W.S.T.A Julie began training in February 2001 and because of her outstanding technical ability and dedication to the art she achieved her 1st Degree Black Belt promotion after a little over 2 years of intense training. Although Julie is a busy mother with 2 growing children she was still able to set and achieved her goals and now holds the rank of 2nd Dan Instructor. Thanks to Shim Jang Taekwondo’s structure, Julie was able to enjoy training along side her husband Martin and both their children. Shim Jang Taekwondo has classes in most Gold Coast Suburbs so they were able to train every weeknight and it soon became a regular part of the family’s daily activities. Julie is the Branch Instructor at the Tamborine Village Centre and she has also established a special morning class for Adult members that are unable to train during the evenings.
