July 2010 NEWSLETTER Wednesday, 7 July 2010 Hi Everyone, well the Winter grading is now behind us and was a resounding success, in my opinion this art stands alone with regard to the energy and talent that encapsulates each region and you should all be very proud of your art and your position within it. Also allow me to congratulate the following members who all put in an outstanding performance at their recent Black Belt Exams, our new Black Belts are the future of the art and it is very satisfying to see our seniors so well prepared and full of the spirit that has come to typify the art of Shim Jang Taekwondo……

NEW CLASSES
Congratulations to Branch Instructor Chris Kamatsos who has recently established a Shim Jang TKD training center in Ningbo (China). The new center opened with great success (See photo’s) and we all look forward to hearing more about the regions growth and development in coming months.
Congratulations to Branch Instructors David and Kate Hickey who have recently established a new centre at Whangarei in New Zealand, both David and Kate are eager to learn and very excited to finally be associated with an art that will assist them on their future journey within the martial arts.
Congratulations also to Branch Instructor Tom Gattringer who has now opened at Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast, Tom is a great instructor and we wish him well for the future.
