WHAT TO WEAR!!
When you become a member you will be sent a FREE official Shimjang Taekwondo Student Uniform.
However for your first few classes (while your waiting for your uniform to arrive at your door) we recommend that you wear clothing that allows you to move freely (Track Pants and a T Shirt or simular NO T Shirts with offensive logos please)
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
NO! you can train and learn at your own pace. Over time you will naturally become fitter and will want to increase the intensity of your training...
BRING A FULL DRINK BOTTLE!!
Training can get hot and it can be easy to dehydrate....especially in the summer months.
Please take the opportunity to ask your instructor any questions you may have....your instructor will be more than happy to answer them. The only silly question is the one you dont ask!
